Service Description

**To register DD personnel MUST be an employee of a DD Provider Agency or an Active Certified Independent Provider** MEDICATION CERT 1 IS REQUIRED TO TAKE CERT. 3 Course Description; Medication Administration Certification 1 must be renewed on an annual basis. Cert. 1 requires two (2) hours of continuing education related to medication administration and/or health-related activities.
