Service Description

**To register DD personnel MUST be an employee of a DD Provider Agency or an Active Certified Independent Provider** 14 hour class taught over 2 days **This course consists of two separate sessions totaling 14 hours. The first class date is listed, and the second session will automatically take place the following day. Please note that both sessions are included in your enrollment.** This course is designed to instruct the unlicensed Developmental Disabilities (DD) personnel how to safely administer medications in various settings authorized by Ohio law. Unlicensed DD Personnel Certification/Eligibility Requirements: • 18 years or older [MS1] [MOU2] [MS3] [MS4] • HS diploma or GED • Be able to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to comply with all requirements set forth in administrative rules governing the services provided. • Criminal background check in accordance with O.A.C. 5123-2-02 .
